After the first repair ($1,400) failed to remedy the issue they offered another solution for an additional $2,400. They eventually agreed to give me credit for the original repair cost so I ended up pay issue they offered another solution for an additional $2,400. It was a squealing sound from the steering wheel and after two major parts replaced costing me $2,400 the wheel still squeals. More

My car did indeed get repaired. Not for the first 6 months I called and left messages, both on voice mail and with live operators: requesting to schedule an appointment. Then I went into the dealership and stood with a service department rep and scheduled it for three weeks out. Called the Saturday before to confirm they would have a loaner car for me, and was told I was not on the schedule, at all. Was told “we will try to work you in Monday” which was my scheduled appointment day. They had the car for two nights and a day, was told dirt on the sensor caused the warning light, driving back out of town the wanting light went back on. Had to call the service manager, sales manager and ask to speak to the General Manager. Was offered a loaner car while they figured out what was wrong. Then they had my car for 4 weeks. I only got updates when I called and asked. Was told the technician that could calibrate the sensor was busy and his schedule was unknown. Finally got my car back after a month. So yeah! My car now is without a warning light, bummer it took 6 months of calls and over a month of my car being in the shop to fix a simple technical issue. Individual staff were all very polite and friendly. The system is not set up for customer satisfaction. More

Worst service ever. Had to tow my fully-warranted 2020 in for service. Was told it would take 5 to 6 weeks to diagnose! I was left stranded with no car. Totally stressful situation. Management was unresponsive, not even the courtesy of a return phone call. In the end, the car was fixed in two weeks. Dead battery. Should have been done in two days. Will never shop Hyundai again and this is my third Santa Fe I’ve bought. They lost a loyal customer. More
I actually had the worst experience possible. I first have been fighting with bluelink engineers for endless months to try to fix my blue link. So they was certain that it could be fixed upon bringing in to dealership. Well I was uncertain because money is tight and I am in the fairbanks area so I was skeptical from the beginning. But decided to go through with it, so I drop my car off at 8 a.m. friday morning then did not hear anything for several hours so I tried to call to get a update " my wife and kids and I stuck in a airb&b". I called several times the service line the sales line was not able to reach anyone for another hour, hour and half. They begin to tell me they think it's my radio and that it may need to be replaced but he wouldnt know yet so he said give another hour to find out something by this time it was like 4 p.m. He then called me and hour later and I happened to miss it well tried to call almost instantly back. No answer for another hour and half I tried to get ahold of him again. Once finally I was able to get ahold of him which was 530ish. He then proceeds to tell me that he just found out there is a software update for my bluelink but he cant get until Monday. So I took off two days off work and wasted all my money to come down for nothing to be done. Something needs to be done More
