The service and sales department are both wonderful. Blake arranged my vehicle for me during my quarantine with Covid. That in itself was amazing. And on top of that 2years later he still remembers my name and addresses me by name when he sees me and he's not busy. You are truly appreciated. The contact I have had with the service department is equally experienced as the sales. Kevin's has been excellent in keeping me on track with any concerns and questions I may have regarding current and future service my vehicle may need and in giving me options and choices. However I am owed a detail and when you are able to fill that position I would appreciate getting this completed also. I have recommended your company to my friends and coworkers. Keep up the excellent customer service. And I do truly thank you for the call backs when my call has to be rerouted to the parts department. They ate always patient and listen so they can serve me or get me to the correct person whom can address my needs. My experience has been uncomplicated. The dude at the counter went to the bathroom for over 30 minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. Then when I went back he told me I needed to wait since they were understaffed. minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. So waited for another 20 minutes for him to give me my keys and to get out of there.
