Being transparent about wait times would be amazing. Being told afternoon appointments are quicker and still waiting two hours for an oil change is absurd. Also not being informed when vehicle is done Being told afternoon appointments are quicker and still waiting two hours for an oil change is absurd. Also not being informed when vehicle is done in a timely manner. The notes by technician said it was completed over an hour before I made contact asking for ETA. More
Could not get anyone on the phone. Had to drive down to dealership to find out status of my car. Get more help at the desk! Ordered wrong parts which prolonged car's stay. I came in for a scheduled oil change, and I waited 3 hours before my car was even moved to the bay over all 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’ll be doing it myself from now on. Not worth the money I paid hours before my car was even moved to the bay over all 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’ll be doing it myself from now on. Not worth the money I paid when I can do it for half the money and a quarter of the time, and at least have a beer in hand. The people we very nice and professional. More

I made an 8:30 a. m. appointment. I've done this many times, and typically I've waited for my car. The wait was generally an hour to an hour and a half. I'm fine with t m. appointment. I've done this many times, and typically I've waited for my car. The wait was generally an hour to an hour and a half. I'm fine with that. However, when I arrived at 8:15, I was told that it was going to be at least a 2-hour wait. It actually turned out to be about a 4-hour wait. What's the point of making an appointment first thing in the morning and already having so many people ahead of me that it takes 4 hours to do a 1 hour oil change? If I'd arrived at 7:30 instead of 8: 15, what I have gotten done sooner? If so, is that fair to people who had an 8:00 appointment? Either the appointment doesn't mean anything , or getting work done is a free-for-all. When I make an appointment I expect the shop to make a reasonable expectation to start the work around the time I arrive. In fact, I know that the work on my car didn't start until after 10:30, 2 hours after my appointment. To make it worse, this is a service that's already paid for. The dealership has already received money for this service to be completed. I have two Santa fe's, I took them in for oil changes one day apart, and the same thing happened both times. These waits are unacceptable, or, the service department needs to say that the expectation is the job is going to take 4 hours. If I'd been told in advance that it was going to take 4 hours, I would have left the car rather than wait for it. More
