Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage - Service Center

My car was damaged while on Lithia Hyundai's lot back on September 20th 2023. They claimed that the damage never occurred on their property but refused to let me see any security camera footage of their lot September 20th 2023. After many emails Chris Schmidt agreed to pay for the damages to my car. I took it in to their body shop to get a quote. After getting the quote I sent it over to Chris. After many emails and calls Chris Schmidt continued to ignore me and I never heard back from him. My car is still damaged and Lithia Hyundai never held up their end of the deal. Stay away if you can. Made an appointment several weeks in advance for a recall fix. I take time off work, and drive an hour to the appointment, to be told they don’t have the parts.
