The amount of time and effort I spent on trying to make an appointment to get my oil changed is unacceptable. Called and left messages 4 times in a month and never got a call back even though the message s an appointment to get my oil changed is unacceptable. The website to just make an oil change appointment is ridiculous to try to figure out. Please fix your system. Before this year I always just called for oil changes for the last 10 years. Pretty ridiculous that I have to come in in person to make an appointment now. More
