This dealership's service department loaner was a new, well tended vehicle that allowed me to fully appreciate and know what I wanted to upgrade my older Hyundai. The GM and Finance guy were excellent wit well tended vehicle that allowed me to fully appreciate and know what I wanted to upgrade my older Hyundai. While they were able to get me in quickly, the communication with this service center is awful. They don't answer their phones or respond to texts or voicemails. I could only reach them with help from an employee in the finance section. The day they had my vehicle, they gave an inaccurate estimate for when it would be ready for pickup, didn't provide any updates when they took hours longer than estimated, failed to communicate once they were actually done with it, and didn't pay for the "complimentary" ride back to the dealership because I couldn't get them on the phone to arrange the ride. I ended up paying for an Uber back myself. I appreciate that they are probably overwhelmed and understaffed, but it very much felt like they didn't care. If they had better communication, everything would have been fine. More
