The text and message system that the dealer uses to communicate is not the way to do business. It’s very impersonal and messages don’t get read or responded to. Not just at this dealer but also the other Lithia dealers. Very disappointed in the overall communication with Lithia dealer using this system. More
Impossible to get in touch with them to make an appointment, had to go in person. I made an appointment specifically for a recall then they did not have the part but still kept my car for over 3 ho appointment, had to go in person. I was originally not assigned to LITHIAAUTOMOTIV Hyundai for servicing but another Lithia store. Due to a backlog at my assigned service center I was referred over to Hyundai. I found it impossible to schedule an appointment for an oil change unless you stop by the dealership and make it. The service department wouldn’t get back to me, after multiple phone calls and texts, so I had to go in person to schedule service. After service was complete (which does not seem to have resolved the pr multiple phone calls and texts, so I had to go in person to schedule service. After service was complete (which does not seem to have resolved the problem), the car was returned in a somewhat dirty condition (interior). Also, there was some minor damage done to the dashboard - a scratch that won’t buff out. And when they tried to remove/buff it, the first attempt was with a mouth wetted finger, i.e. they rubbed saliva on my dash. In addition, the service tech had left a code reader plugged into my car which required me to go back to the dealership to return it. I also requested help in removing the service alert messages that still keep popping up on my Bluelink account, but was told that they are a separate entity so I have to deal with them myself — seems pretty shoddy to me. And how do I know, for sure, that the alert messages aren’t telling me that, in fact, they did not make the necessary fixes? It seems like the service department should be involved with all of that! It was pretty bad service from the get go. More

Got the vehicle back did not drive off lot, check engine light came on. They said bring it back but had to make appt. When I did not leave the lot yet.
