I had an appointment time of 9 AM to get an oil change and it still took two hours and 20 minutes for it to be done. My seat was moved in three different directions when I got back into my car. And somebo and it still took two hours and 20 minutes for it to be done. My seat was moved in three different directions when I got back into my car. And somebody left an oily rag on my passenger seat that then ruined my seat cover. And made my whole car smell like oil and grease. More

Everyone was very nice and helpful. When what I came in for was out of budget, they found something that was. The only negative is the interior was not cleaned.
