Oil Change and leak check Another great experience at the Lithia dealer. I had a leak underneath my car so thought it best to get it checked out sooner rather than later. It Another great experience at the Lithia dealer. I had a leak underneath my car so thought it best to get it checked out sooner rather than later. It was also time for an oil change so decided to take care of that as well. They were able to schedule me that afternoon which was great. I also brought my dog with me to work that day so thought I would have to take him for a walk while they were working on my car. Much to my surprise, I found them to be a very dog friendly dealership. They allowed me to bring my dog into the dealership and several of the employees came over to pet him which of course he loved. The car was finished in around 45 minutes and I found it to be a very pleasant experience. More

Horrible Service and Misrepresenting Prices They added insult to injury at this dealership. Not only do they misrepresent a price for a car on there website (see attached) but they also underval They added insult to injury at this dealership. Not only do they misrepresent a price for a car on there website (see attached) but they also undervalue and demean their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They give you the price of a car and then say you are not eligible for that price and raise it a couple grand. The response they sent when I tried to negotiate for the price on the internet was to send a different ad with a different price. They are definitely not worth the hassle. They also held onto my car keys and registration, that I was considering trading in, and I had to ask for it back multiple times because I was ready to leave. They just kept coming back with a new offer until I finally told them I had enough, I've made up my mind and I want my keys and registration back. More
