Appointments are best and with one they worked my pickup in, shuttle to work and back, and I had them finish off with a hand wash for under $20.00!!! On this last visit with the Santa Fe, there was an item we believe should have been covered by warranty (oil pan) especially given the explanation on the service receipt. More
