Disappointing I drove to this dealership (70 miles from home) to view a car that I was interested in purchasing. After talking with a salesman before going to the d I drove to this dealership (70 miles from home) to view a car that I was interested in purchasing. After talking with a salesman before going to the dealership I was given a lot of information and felt very helped. So I made the drive thinking that I would purchase this vehicle. After getting there and seeing the car, i realized some things were not accurate to the advertising done on their website. For example, the car was a manual, not automatic as it was advertised. Also, the video on the website that gave you a full view of the car and showed the interior was not accurate to the vehicle. I was positive I would purchase this vehicle prior to coming in to the dealership, but left empty handed. Andy was a huge help, though, and apologized for the inconvenience. I understood it was not his fault, but was disappointed in something like this from a Ford dealership. More
