I have always had excellent service and appreciate the extra time they take to explain what they wish to do. I can honestly say that I've been going to the Ford dealership in Missoula for over 10 years, and have had absolutely no problem with them. Being a woman, I do not know exactly what is under my hood, but the service department does not hesitate to tell me what they want to do. I have never declined their recommendations, because I am a firm believer that if you keep your car in good shape, it will last longer. More
