Clay is an awesome guy to deal with! I had a 3:30 appt for an oil change on Saturday, Dec 16. We dropped my car at 3:00, and went for a late lunch. We got back to Lithia at 4 :00, but my I had a 3:30 appt for an oil change on Saturday, Dec 16. We dropped my car at 3:00, and went for a late lunch. We got back to Lithia at 4 :00, but my car hadn't moved. Keep in mind, I had major spine surgery Oct 30, and I am in a hard neck brace. Clay realized the lube guys hadn't taken my car in, and told them to get on it. We didn't get out of there til 5:00, and Clay did not charge us for the oil change. I did not expect him to do that, but it was appreciated! I dealt with him last fall when I needed a fuel pump, and he went over and above to get a fuel pump late on a Friday so I could get my car back for the weekend! More

Unfriendly and Incompetent Service Dept. Bought a new F-150 in Dec. '13. Within the first 8000 miles the door locks were not working. Took it in twice under warranty and the fix was never a Bought a new F-150 in Dec. '13. Within the first 8000 miles the door locks were not working. Took it in twice under warranty and the fix was never adequate - locks would work OK for awhile then soon were sticking and failing to lock or unlock again. Third time, after warranty expired, Lithia wanted $550 to work on them. Their repeated failure to fix the problem under warranty should not be on me. Turns out this door lock problem is legion with this year and model. Ford knows about it and is indifferent. Lithia Service Dept. was deficient and smugly apathetic to this recurring problem. Management was very unfriendly and surly with me. Many other problems with this truck - I no longer recommend Ford products in general or Lithia Ford of Missoula in particular! More
Cross country trip service accommodation My daughter and I were driving from Tampa, Fl to Seattle, Wa for the start of her freshman year of college. My car needed an oil change/tire rotation My daughter and I were driving from Tampa, Fl to Seattle, Wa for the start of her freshman year of college. My car needed an oil change/tire rotation and Lithia Ford was able to accommodate us immediately the morning after we arrived in Missoula. Clay was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, going so far as to suggest replacing the wipers (after I forgot to mention they were streaking). He showed the results of the courtesy check (all green!!!) which enabled us to get back on the road with confidence! Thank you!!! More
