Above and Beyond expected! Recently trade for a used truck at Lithia Ford, unknown to the dealership or myself the vehicle had multiple problems. After only driving the truck only 150 miles the motor went completely down. Even though the truck was bought on an as is where is basis Lithia Ford stood behind their product . When it became apparent that it was going to be cost prohibitive to fix the vehicle they got me into a nicer vehicle with no additional charge to me. Took the truck in Sunday morning and met with AJ LeCoure who walked me through the steps of filling out the proper paperwork for the service department. Received a call from the service depart the following day, and they explained the problem and informed me that they had already ordered the necessary parts to repair my truck. The service dept. called me the following day and explained that all the parts had not arrived, but would keep me informed, which they did, when all the parts had arrived. At all times every employee who I spoke to was courteous and professional. More
