Jim Stark was very unprofessional, rude and didn't car in the least.If he wasn't making more money off of me everything was a no go. This vehicle should have never left the lot. They said I needed repairs and when I got a second opinion, the repairs were not even needed. This happened to two different vehicles of mine. Please beware and get a second opinion. These were not cheap repairs. I was take advantage of and they don't honor what they sell in my instance.Jim, the GM, made me an offer for 2000.00 for a used transmission and an ABS module (which I didn't need and was quoted 1100.00 to fix). I got a second opinion and the vehicle did not need an ABS module. I called to see what the deal would be without the ABS module and it was still 2000.00.What kind of a deal is that?????What a rip off. Shows their committment to their customers. I also have a 1993 Mustang they told me I needed a 900.00 water pump in and there was nothing wrong with that. I have been driving it for at least 3 years without a new water pump. Customers please beware and get a second opinion. And please have any used cars checked out by someone other than Lithia. Please BEWARE!!! More
Lisa Crabtree did a great job New to Boise and with a 2009 MKX needing some TLC. First person I met was Lisa and she was a breathe of fresh air. My car was in bad shape but Lisa we New to Boise and with a 2009 MKX needing some TLC. First person I met was Lisa and she was a breathe of fresh air. My car was in bad shape but Lisa went through some options and finally we decided on a path of repair. At that point she took over and the first thing she did was find me a courtesy car to use until job was done. That saved me the cost of a rental and she then was able to make some adjustments to the final service bill saving me several hundred dollars. Lisa is what customer service is all about and my life got a little easier because of her. Thanks Lisa and Lithia Ford you have gained a new customer. Bill K. More

excellent warranty service on my vehicle I purchased a pre owned Chevy truck which came with a 60 day 3000 mile warranty. I had some problems with the rear differential bearings, the fuel pump and the air conditioning relay fuse. Lisa in the service department was very friendly and efficient, My wife and I have purchased a new Ford Fusion and recommended Lithia ford of Boise to my son who bought a Ford Focus. When I am ready to buy another car or truck, I will definitely visit Lithia Ford of Boise again and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives, Thanks again Lisa for all your help. Superior service I got into town for work and discovered a hose or line had blown under the hood. My suspicions were brakes or power steering. I called Lithia to see if they could fit me in for repair in a day. I was informed that they were booked out 2 weeks or better but if I could get in today they would at least try to look at the problem. Met Ryan Loveland at service desk this a.m. and had my truck back with all repairs done by close of business. I was pleased to find the truck had been washed and vacuumed, and the engine compartment had been cleaned as well. I have dealt with Ford dealers all over the country, these guys are the BEST!. Service Department....Outstanding Here is what happen. We be buying a brand new Toy hauler for our Ford 150. On Friday afternoon we be at the Dealer ship for the Trailer to pick it up Here is what happen. We be buying a brand new Toy hauler for our Ford 150. On Friday afternoon we be at the Dealer ship for the Trailer to pick it up. After all was done we want to pull the new Trailer out for its first weekend Camping. And here starts the whole thing. When I want to pull with the Trailer of the Parking lot we realized that the Breaks from the Trailer be locked. So we cannot get away. After a short Testing we find out that something is not right on the Truck and we are having a permanent Break signal going to the Trailer. So we had to leave the Dealer without the new Trailer. Having a 1 year old Truck I try to contact the Ford Dealer in Meridian ID where I got the Truck. No one on the Phone was willing to help me. So we went to Lithia Ford and be asking for Help. After 6pm there was a Lady there who was listening to what happen. After she checked, she informed me that there is no one in the Shop and she has to set me up with an Appointment. I got one for Saturday 8am ( hhmm not normal in my regular world) in the Morning. On Saturday I was there and the Gentleman from the Service Department was taking care about me. He told me that he was already talking (so communication is working perfect) to the Lady from the evening before and that a Mechanic will have a look to see what happen. Around one hour he informed me that the Break Controller is defect and has to be replaced. Also that this is still under warranty and they will take care about this. But there is no Part available in the Moment. The Break Controller is on Backorder and this can take a while to get one. With this Information Lithia Ford Boise start to Step up!!! They got to the Parking lot and find a new Truck with the same Break Control Unit I have. Without hesitating they be taking this one from a brand new Truck out and put it in my Truck to get me on the way. After all was done I just had to Sign out and was on my way to get my Trailer and be on the way in the Weekend. I want to say thank you for going more than one Mile for me, so I still can have my Weekend with a little delay. Thank you to all involved in this for the Communication and the Spare Part from a new Truck. This is not normal and demonstrate to me how the Member of the Lithia Ford Service Tem are committed to serve the Customer in the best way possible, and having this commitment to their Product. I am happy to have Lithia Ford in Boise. Even I was not buying my Truck there I feel that I be a valuable Customer to them. I will be back that is for sure…. Thanks again….. This time we bought a new car, we called on the phone and explained to the sales lady what we wanted and the car was up front waiting for us. They fueled it up, cleaned it up and explained the details that we were not sure of. We will always buy our cars from Lithia Ford of Boise and will recommend this dealership to everyone, Thank You Lithia Ford of Boise. Not just a dealership I am giving this dealership 5 stars because i have had less than perfect credit for along time. every time i went somewhere to try and get credit they I am giving this dealership 5 stars because i have had less than perfect credit for along time. every time i went somewhere to try and get credit they looked at me like i was a no body. after awhile when you keep getting shot down like that you stop really caring about it therefore you just kind of exist or atleast i did. i was just looking and drooling at the new ford f-150's. knowing that's not going to happen i was looking at little suv's and clicked on an interested box...of course i was interested who wouldnt be...lol i didnt think anything of it and one day i got a call from a sales associate (Kim Luy) and talked me in to coming and looking at the f-150's (knowing i couldnt but atleast look at them i went). i really needed a pick-up. i got there and greated with a big smile and hand shake. to cut this short Kim Luy went over and above a salespersons job...more like a careing friend and treated me like a human being, managed to put me in a car. it wasnt the f-150 but it got my foot in the door for me to get my credit where it needs to be. when it gets up there im coming after one of those 150's by the way. i cant thank the crew at lithia ford of boise enough for your help....i now have something to look foreward too!!!
