Our friends told us how helpful Kim Luy was for them, that she was very fast at responding via text or phone. We bought a used car sight unseen and Kim made sure we aware of some scratches in the paint. She photographed pictures of the defects and sent to us, but when we received the car, she had the entire car buffed and polished with the scratches barely even noticeable. Kim is excellent at making sure every step of the sale is taken care of. Nathan in finance was also very helpful with making sure to expedite paperwork to us (in Montana) so we could have our car in a timely fashion. More

Before this, I used to hate dealing with sales persons and preferred to buy my cars online. Mostly because of the way I was treated by other sales person when I did not go with the car or deal they had in mind. Now, after the way I was treated at Lithia Ford, I will return to this dealership if I need to buy another car. I referred Kim to two other buyers who bought a car from her. I have approached the car buying scenario each time with practiced dialogue, facts/numbers at my disposal, for quick delivery to present myself as a person who won't be cooerced into signing if all (or most) of my needs are not met. Which I think is an important and key thing to keep in mind when you're more than likely going to be paying on the vehicle for he next couple of years. Nothing is more frustrating to me personally than buyers remorse. I can say that stepping out of the vehicle and being greeted by Abel all those apprehensive tendencies to be on the defensive were unnecessary. Not only was Abel friendly and filled with actually pertinent information, which is so different from other sales reps I have been in contact with, the straightforward layout of it was offered freely and communicated with care so that my wife and I were not left feeling like we were having the wool pulled over our eyes. I am happy to say that my business transaction with Lithia Ford of Boise was fulfilled with 100% satisfaction due to the efforts of my sales rep Abel. I will definitely refer shopping with them to my friends and family, and return should me or my family have need of a sensible price and straightforward options. When asked Jim why car had 1375 miles on it, he said just sat on lot a long time. Lithia Ford is a bad place, don't go there! The story that hit the news a couple of years ago was; an old man made a wrong turn, he needed work on his Toyota but accidental turned into Lithia across the street. The sales at Lithia took his nearly new Toyota and sold him a new car, instead of telling old man he was in the wrong dealership and need to go across the street. Integrity of this dealership, the sales staff has none, from my experience. I thought maybe they had learned from old man story, NOT. Warning do not do business with Lithia. If they were not such a big corporation I'm sure Ford would cut them off! More
