I have been a customer of lithia ford since 2005, I purchased a new F150 which I have fallen in love with. Not only was the entire buying experience great but so has my aftercare for the vehicle. Rhett has been incredible from scheduling routine maintenance to diagnosing and helping solve any issue that has come up. He has always gone ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. My wife who has a land rover who has gone to lyle pearson for all of her service related issues has never experienced what I have. I am actually thrilled to get my oil changed and to stop in and see Rhett. He has made my entire experience with the dealership nothing but positive. If there is a question, Kevin doesn’t refer me somewhere, he takes ownership of the issue and finds the answer. When my daughter called me with an automotive concern, I recommended her to Kevin.
