We came in looking for a specific car that we had seen on the web site. Cris was the only salesman outside when we pulled in. We told him what we were looking for and he found it right away. Now, we had already been approved by our credit union so we thought it was a done deal. But they offered to try and beat the deal and they did! Logan saved us a whole percent on the rate and we also got the extended warranty and we are just about at the payment we wanted to stay within. Our son had recommended Lithia because he buys his trucks there and he was right. We were treated with respect and we were on and out in just over an hour and a half. We will go back there when we are ready for our next car. More

I was interested in particular features and Rod Bradley knew the trucks on the line and was able to direct me to those that had those features. He was quick and efficient (I was running short on time and he was very cognizant of that). This dealership has sold me two new Fords in the last 18 months. I have been in many times and have had the opportunity to get to know most of the sales advisors by name. I am always greeted by name and treated with respect and kindness. I have not had a bad experience with any of the advisors and have personally dealt with Kevin, Rhett and Lisa. I know from past experience that this dealership values integrity. A couple of months ago a technician made a mistake. The service manager actually called me by phone to tell me that he had made a mistake. What became important to me was the honesty and how it was handled. The mistake meant nothing to me-the honesty meant everything to me. I know that I can go in and place my full trust in Kevin and I know that when it comes to my car and how it performs, he knows what he is talking about. I know that I have a choice when it comes to service on my vehicle and I like the way I am treated by Kevin and the dealership. More

I wanted to take a moment to thank one of your service advisors Jack McElravy, for his outstanding devotion to service for the customer. Mr. McElravy took my 2007 Lincoln MKX in for warranty service last advisors Jack McElravy, for his outstanding devotion to service for the customer. Mr. McElravy took my 2007 Lincoln MKX in for warranty service last week. The warranty work included a seal between the windshield and the dash. To me it appeared to be a complicated task and I expected some resistance from an advisor on alternative treatment for the problem. Mr. McElravy took me completely by surprise. When I explained the problem to Mr. McElravy, he took the time to listen to me then explained the procedure in detail. He recognized the problem and offered a solution I was comfortable with and even offered to detail other items I had not considered. One of those details was replacing the windshield rather than re-using it. I was very impressed with the updates on the progress of my vehicle through Mr. McElravy as well. He kept me informed on the progress of the work and estimated time to completion. As I was leaving the Boise area for several days, Mr. McElravy offered to secure the vehicle until my return. What I was most impressed with about Mr. McElravy was he treated me with dignity and respect for warranty work on my vehicle. I have been to other dealerships before and treated poorly for work not paid by the customer. I was not subjected to pressure to purchase anything in addition to the warranty work as well. My trip to the Lithia Ford Lincoln dealership and meeting your service advisor, Jack McElravy, was a great experience. Keeping such employees should be one of Ford’s highest priorities. I will continue my relationship with Ford as long as Ford continues to employ personnel with the caliber of Jack McElravy. Nice job, Jack! More
