I have approached the car buying scenario each time with practiced dialogue, facts/numbers at my disposal, for quick delivery to present myself as a person who won't be cooerced into signing if all (or most) of my needs are not met. Which I think is an important and key thing to keep in mind when you're more than likely going to be paying on the vehicle for he next couple of years. Nothing is more frustrating to me personally than buyers remorse. I can say that stepping out of the vehicle and being greeted by Abel all those apprehensive tendencies to be on the defensive were unnecessary. Not only was Abel friendly and filled with actually pertinent information, which is so different from other sales reps I have been in contact with, the straightforward layout of it was offered freely and communicated with care so that my wife and I were not left feeling like we were having the wool pulled over our eyes. I am happy to say that my business transaction with Lithia Ford of Boise was fulfilled with 100% satisfaction due to the efforts of my sales rep Abel. I will definitely refer shopping with them to my friends and family, and return should me or my family have need of a sensible price and straightforward options. When asked Jim why car had 1375 miles on it, he said just sat on lot a long time. Lithia Ford is a bad place, don't go there! The story that hit the news a couple of years ago was; an old man made a wrong turn, he needed work on his Toyota but accidental turned into Lithia across the street. The sales at Lithia took his nearly new Toyota and sold him a new car, instead of telling old man he was in the wrong dealership and need to go across the street. Integrity of this dealership, the sales staff has none, from my experience. I thought maybe they had learned from old man story, NOT. Warning do not do business with Lithia. If they were not such a big corporation I'm sure Ford would cut them off! More

Stepping up to the plate! I purchased a Mercedes Benz GL550 from a Lithia dealer in Portland, Or. The car was not detailed before it was delivered to me. I sold my old GL550 to an employee of Lithia Ford, Boise and when she shared my story with the Service Manager Ted Wesler, he just stepped up to the plate for Lithia and told me to drop it off at their Ford dealership and he would take care of me, no questions. I left the vehicle with him and was referred to Rhett (service writer). Got a ride home and 6 hours later they came and picked me up. Ted bought the MBZ out and it looked brand new! Good work team and thanks for stepping forward to do the right thing! More

Picked us up at our hotel , drove back to the dealership, he spent about 20 minutes showing us how some of the features worked and then we done and on the road. Can't get any easier than that. Beat any deal that I could have made in California by 10k plus. More
I'm surprised! I leased my vehicle and wanted to get out of it 8 months early. My friend wanted to buy it. I had no choice but to work this out through the dealership. I read how they'd charge multiple fees like early termination, double tax, doc fees and a couple of other fees. So I came into the dealership already upset. But to my surprise, they didn't charge anything other than sales tax to my friend and the title charge. Which is what you would do in any vehicle. They even bought my friends vehicle for a great price. I was surprised and they treated us great. Thank you Lithia Ford, when I'm ready to buy a new vehicle I'm buying from you! I'll recommend anyone and everyone to buy from you.. Lithia Ford is changing the way buyers think in a great way. Usually a buyer feels like you need to keep your hand on you wallet and wear body armor because you'll be attacked and pressured. Not at Lithia Ford of Boise. Very rude/Sloppy service My wife was in a wreck and called too find out about the diminished value to provide the other insurance company. We were planning on trading the repaired vehicle at Lithia. However they treated her very rude saying that dealerships don,t look up the cars history and he never heard of diminished value...Looks like they lost a sale... This was an easy sale... a no brainer... Insurance money was right there, but due to the rude service person on the phone this now goes to your competitor in Meridian.. Who was more than willing to help. took the time to ask my wife if anyone was hurt in the wreck and said he was more than willing to help. Also I take my vehicle to the service department. They said I needed to replace my air filter. I said I could do it my self. A few weeks later I finally get the time to change it and the clamps are off and the hose that leads to the filter is off. They never secured it after the check up.. Very disappointed. More
