I had brought my 2016 Escape in for an oil change on 3/28/18, and was just looking at the new Escape model on the showroom floor when I heard a friendly greeting from KIM LUY, salesperson. Kim took a genuine interest in my concerns regarding my current 2016 Escape, versus the upgraded safety features in the new 2018 model. Granted, I was just there to get an oil change and tire rotation!!! However, Kim’s detailed knowledge of the new Escape safety features, as well as other desirable options - combined with the outstanding pricing, which included multiple rebates, I ended up with a brand new beautiful 2018 Escape SEL!!!! This experience was entirely stress-free, quick and easy. Kim was so helpful and thorough, and stayed with me through the entire process. As a bonus, Eric Miller, in Finance, was able to pull off more surprises so, needless to say, this was the absolutely best buying experience at Lithia Ford I’ve ever had! If you’re in the market for a vehicle, and want the best buying experience you’ve ever had, ask for Kim Luy! More

Shannon didn't even care about what "the other guys" had offered me. He told me he'd roll out the red carpet for me and he did. Shannon was an incredibly personable and professional manager to work with. Cristian in Finance was also spectacular. We had a lot in common and he was easy to talk to; answered any questions that I had. I was treated SOOOO much better than another dealership I dealt with and they gave me a much better deal on top of it. I couldn't have asked for more. Both my husband (who recently bought a Ford F150 Lariat from Lithia) and I had extremely positive experiences with Lithia. They've earned our return business that's for sure. Hope B. More

So refreshing to work with a company who keeps their word! This is the first vehicle I have ever bought that I purchased the extended warranty when new. I was nervous to in the past because I had heard horror stories about how dealerships would not honour the repairs. I chose to do it because I was confident I would keep my Ford Focus (Lucy) for 5 years and would put 100,000 miles on her. I'm so glad I did!! You guys kept your word and did the repairs she needed at 90,000 miles without giving me any trouble. Thank you for standing by your word! I will be telling everyone I know about your excellent service! More
Low Pressure, Easy Experience This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. From start to finish, I think the whole process took about 30 minutes (minus the test drive). This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. From start to finish, I think the whole process took about 30 minutes (minus the test drive). Gilbert was low pressure and very easy going. He listened to us, as we were very specific on what we were looking for--and he delivered. We had a specific price in mind for what we wanted and after finding the vehicle, there wasn't the normal hours of "back and forth" negotiating. Rather we told Gilbert what we were going to pay, he brought his sales manager over who said, "we will try", then the sales manager came back and said "ok". This all within minutes. Then when we got back to the finance manager, he said "oh, your payment is going to be lower than what you were told out front, because I found you a better rate". It was so painless of an experience, the vehicle wasn't even out of the car wash by the time we were done signing the papers! Very happy with our experience. More

The reason my encounter with Jessica was so awesome was because there was no sales pressure. Let me explain. When you find an awesome mechanic and request any kind of service, at the time of picking up your car, they will suggest what might need to be worked on in future maintenance. Hence putting that option back in your hands. This opens the lines of communication with no pressures. This is old school and I appreciate it. Getting back to Jessica, she let me know what was needed to be worked on in near future instead of giving me pressure to do now. I am tight for money right now and will save to have these 2 suggestios that Jessica mentioned. Keep it up Jessica because I will be back!!! More
