I keep wanting to love this service center, but I can’t. I always feel like I am an inconvenience. I went for new tires and an oil change and it took FIVE hours. My two front seats were fully reclined, item I always feel like I am an inconvenience. I went for new tires and an oil change and it took FIVE hours. My two front seats were fully reclined, items from my glove box were spilled out on the floor and my lights are always set to automatic and had been changed. At a minimum, things should be left how they were found. No idea tires and oil required all that other movement anyway. More
