Adam Hullin is the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. Lithia Ford in Boise has the worst salesperson named Adam Hullin. I called asking if the internet price stated was firm? He went off on a tangent. As Lithia Ford in Boise has the worst salesperson named Adam Hullin. I called asking if the internet price stated was firm? He went off on a tangent. Asked if I was looking to get 10k off or what? That they have the lowest prices and no one can come close to their price. He was so rude and sarcastic that I asked for his last name and wanted to speak to his supervisor or manager. He said they would tell me the same thing and refused to give his last name and hung up. I contacted his manager Dave. He stated that all calls are recorded and he would review. Apologized and reassured me that he would help me personally by giving me his direct #. BTW my husband and I have been loyal Ford customers for 30+ yrs. No one should be treated this way! The salespersons name isn't even on the list of employees. Maybe new or maybe the owners son....either way needs some lessons in PR skills. More
