What we experienced at Lithia was nothing but professional, starting with Kim our sales rep to Neris our sales manger then finishing it off with Tom in finance. Even though we were purchasing a used car they made use feel like we were buying a $100,000 vehicle. The process was quick and easy. When we got to finance Tom had found a lower interest rate then what was originally quote and changed the contract to the new lower rate. Who does that?
