Went in to get an appointment to fix my boogered up tailgate. Was told by Service Director Rhett Sheeder that he could get it done right then. The staff is great. However, the 2016 Edge is not. A cracked flex plate which took my car out of commission for five weeks. As soon as I get my car back an intermittent alert, All Wheel Drive Disabled, cracked flex plate which took my car out of commission for five weeks.
