I had an appointment on the 29th of Dec, Teddy called me to tell me and told me they were busy and had not looked at it.I called on the following day and said the Fed was looking at it. Still no call called to tell me and told me they were busy and had not looked at it.I called on the following day and said the Fed was looking at it. Still no call called Dec 31. Good it had a lil leak and maybe some other problem. Closed Jan 1. Called on Monday Jan 4 were working on it and didn't know how long, but would leave request for a loner Vehicle.Jan 7 got a call saying it was done. 10 days in the shop. Very poor service! I was warned from other customs not to go to Lithianfor that same reason. Need to look at your custom service section More

Lisa was a huge help. My truck was in the shop for about 2 weeks - due to red tape with the adjuster - however, Lisa kept in constant contact the entire time.
