I was impressed with Jesse Jaramillo because she told me I needed to replace the cabin filter and the engine air filter and I told I would come talk to her from the waiting area. I was very pleased with the service I received at Lithia and my service rep. Jessica was quick to get my truck in and out and kept me informed on any details that she thought I needed to know. I was told my and my service rep. Jessica was quick to get my truck in and out and kept me informed on any details that she thought I needed to know. I was told my service may take around three hours and they had it out in about half that time. Thanks service department, I'll be back!!! More
