This was the very worst service I have ever experienced in my life. From forgotten follow-ups, to terrible communication if or when it did happen. Quoted $900 to have the work done. and when they explained the service to me, they told me I needed to replace my bumper. This had NOTHING to do with the repair of my AC. I finally told them to not touch my car & took it to another local dealership who did an amazing job communicating and delivered superior service - my cost $487 WOW! More

Oil change Changed my oil and checked vehicle. Advised that I have Cabin filter and Engine air filter replaced. As part of the 15K miles maintenance it was sug Changed my oil and checked vehicle. Advised that I have Cabin filter and Engine air filter replaced. As part of the 15K miles maintenance it was suggested that I have my fuel injection serviced. I don't think any vehicle should need injection service at 15K miles. I would encourage Ford to review this requirement. More
