I had purchased an oil change package when I bought my Escape. Then learning I couldn't make an appointment for a "while you wait" change, I questioned the convenience of my purchase. I rarely write reviews but absolutely need to give Kim Luy a 5 star review. I inquired on a vehicle on Lithia’s website and received a call the next morning from Kim. I instantly felt like I was in good h Luy a 5 star review. I inquired on a vehicle on Lithia’s website and received a call the next morning from Kim. I instantly felt like I was in good hands speaking with Kim on the phone (especially after having spent the last couple months car shopping at other dealerships in the area and speaking with other sales people). The vehicle was JUST traded in, not on the lot, and Kim went to their shop to text me pictures of it. I came in that night to get a quote. The entire experience was easy and comfortable. I did not feel like I was being scammed or pressured into buying the vehicle. Instead, I truly felt like Kim listened to my needs and wants and was determined to make it happen. Fast forward, a down payment later and after waiting for the vehicle to get done in their shop, I changed my mind and realized it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I told Kim, “I don’t think this is actually what I’m looking for” and her words were, “No problem - we’ll find you want you want! Let’s go!” How does it get any better than that?! We walked the lot and found exactly what I was looking for in 10 minutes. Ryan Curran in finance gave me an amazing deal / plan that benefited my financial goals and I went home an hour later with a new ride. A+++ service from Kim and Ryan. Lithia buyer for life! More

Scheduled an appointment to have some recall work done and our tires switched. Car was there 8 hours and they ended up having to order parts for the recall fix because they didn't have what they needed. I and our tires switched. Car was there 8 hours and they ended up having to order parts for the recall fix because they didn't have what they needed. If I would have know that would be the case, I would have taken the car to Discount Tire where they would have switched my tires out for free. Instead, I had to pay for that and still have to make another trip when the parts needed arrive. Very frustrating. More

I bought an older truck that needs some serious work and clean up to make it dependable. I took it to Lithia Ford (granted I was a little nervous because it was so old - concerned I would be treated differe clean up to make it dependable. I was greeted with courtesy and treated well. I was impressed with the advisor I worked with - Josh - so polite and patient with all my questions (granted this is the first truck I have had for awhile and trust me - I had a ton of questions). My interaction with him showed me his professionalism and knowledge. He understood my needs and made it happen. This tells me that the staff must also work well as a unit - I know that success is not a one man job. Thank you for making my experience so much better than I anticipated. Probably the best detailing job I have ever seen. I thought they had given me new tires :) Keep up the great work! Definitely recommend them and especially Josh - he is your go-to-man. More
