Jessica in the quicklane is always awesome. Josh in the service department was extremely helpful and kept me informed regarding my cars 5 week stay at Lithia. He was able to get a loaner car for me for wee service department was extremely helpful and kept me informed regarding my cars 5 week stay at Lithia. He was able to get a loaner car for me for weeks 4 and 5 as well as worked through any warranty issues. I would have given more stars but... it is very hard to get a service appointment within a reasonable time frame even if there is a notable issue. The Ford Edge 2016 has a TSB for cracked flex plates at or around the 60k mile mark. It is an expensive and timely fix if there is no warranty. Overall, the personnel is A+. More

When dealing with a service department, I treat it like dealing with my doctor. You can go in and get something obviously wrong correct, but you need someone that knows you and cares about you.
