Good service teams. Wait times are short for my truck’s services. I like that you can make appointments. People at Lithuanian Ford Boise are there to serve the customers, and even went the extra mile to he services. I like that you can make appointments. I am probably like most people, I dread taking my vehicle in to get service done. I have previously dealt with Corwin Ford and cannot say that my experience there was pleasant. I've always had a good experience with Lithia service, but the past few years I've had to return multiple times. One time a technician simply forgot to reseat a sensor. This time I had a radiator replac but the past few years I've had to return multiple times. One time a technician simply forgot to reseat a sensor. This time I had a radiator replaced two months earlier but a hose clamp wasn't tight so the coolant leaked out. After that was fixed, the coolant is still leaking so I brought it back again, but decided to trade the vehicle while I was there. Unfortunately for Service, the Sales guy didn't pass the final word so I received a call asking where my car had disappeared. I hope they fixed the leak before it was resold. More

We did the entire purchase without ever visiting the dealership. The truck was exactly as portrayed and exactly what we wanted. The only thing it didn't have, a bed liner, they got done for us the day dealership. The truck was exactly as portrayed and exactly what we wanted. 4 star for 6 days to get the problem fixed. Second time within 1 year for same issue which was an IWE valve. Ford had a service bulletin about this issue with loss of vacuum and front hubs trying to lock p within 1 year for same issue which was an IWE valve. Ford had a service bulletin about this issue with loss of vacuum and front hubs trying to lock producing a short intermittent grinding noise at slow and moderate speeds. The report shows that the technician was very thorough in trying to solve the problem. More
