Everyone was amazing! The initial guy picked up the Bronco I wanted from another lot the same day we spoke! I wasn't able to get there in time to work with him but he got me set up with Jordan who closed up the deal perfectly! The finance guy, I didn't know I could get any of the money I spent on extra warranty stuff for the Kia I traded in, he shared this with me and I am now awaiting a refund from the previous dealer. 1st brand new car I bought from Lithia when it was by the river, literally drove it off the show room floor, why I ever went to another dealer I don't know. Lithia is amazing! Even the front desk gal when I didn't know Johnny's name, I said the number that was texting me and she immediately said Johnny's. Phenomenal! More
