I had an issue with 3 out of 4 rims after service. I originally gave them a poor rating on a survey. But wow! They went above and beyond. A service manager reached out and said let me make this I originally gave them a poor rating on a survey. But wow! They went above and beyond. A service manager reached out and said let me make this right and they did!! They repaired all 4 rims to better than new. My truck and rims look incredible and they followed thru as promised! Went into the service area, but I went into the wrong entrance and needed to go next door. Nice service clerk walked me over, although he didn’t need to do that. Very kind. Curt is great, even tho this last service was sub par. Not his doings tho. I need to say this. I dropped my truck off before you opened. I dropped my keys off in the drop box. I specifically stated on the envelope, I want 55 lbs in the rear tires and 50 lbs in the front. I got over 65 in the rear and 53 left front and 63 right front. Un acceptable! And only 2 of the 4 valves stem covers were put back on. Pretty sad for a dealership who charges more than most. Also changed cabin filter and another filter without conferring with me and rotated tires without asking. Not pleased. More
