The work done was 5 star. What has me upset is if I hadn't kept my notices from Ford about the fail-fix no cost to customer item that was replaced then the service dept. would What has me upset is if I hadn't kept my notices from Ford about the fail-fix no cost to customer item that was replaced then the service dept. would have charged me $1900.00. Which they tried. I actually discussed the error code when I made the appointment and also wrote all the info on the drop off envelope. This included the error code and the Ford campaign code for the no cost to customer repairs. Yet Lithia still tried to charge me. I wonder if customers who didn't retain their letters and didn't remember were charged. Makes you wonder. More
