My service writer was great. The work was done quickly. No problem. But. I paid a lot for the premium service plan. Thousands. The plan called for air filters to be replaced. But The work was done quickly. No problem. But. I paid a lot for the premium service plan. Thousands. The plan called for air filters to be replaced. But the service tech said they we not dirty enough for replacement. Really! At 15k miles they should be replaced no questions. The high tech motor doesn't tolerate poor parts, I know from F150 experience. I feel like I have to inspect the filters and insist that they be replaced. To their credit , I asked for and got new wiper blades installed. More
