I made an appointment to have our Explorer serviced on a Monday. On Wednesday they still hadn’t gotten to it. On Friday they said they would maybe have some information the following Tuesday. I had to pick it up without anyone doing anything to a cheerful man who said, “No charge!” Why would Lithia give me an appointment and just park it for a week? More

Most issues were not fixed, partially fixed, or forgotten, and my truck was gone for 2 weeks. Sat in the parking lot for a few days before it was even attended to and no loaner vehicles were availa forgotten, and my truck was gone for 2 weeks.
