The sales persons, Fong, was low pressure, well informed, professional, and friendly. The finance folks worked hard to get a deal I would like, and did! My only remain concerns will be addressed as the car ages and the miles add up! Will see soon also if the Service department can match the great service I received at Audi of Fresno, so far I have no doubt that it will! I have already pegged at 55.4 mpg on my 50 plus mile trip to work in the AM. (granted it is down hill most of the away, the best I ever got with other cars was low 30's). That's savings already starting to pile up!!! More

Use True Car Value before you buy your car from anywhere The test drive went well. I would improve on the "numbers" part. I asked several times to see what the car numbers would be with different APR terms v The test drive went well. I would improve on the "numbers" part. I asked several times to see what the car numbers would be with different APR terms vs months (48, 60 72 months) vs leasing. I also had an Xplan Pricing and didn't want to deal with the BS of the walking away and getting permission from the boss, and doing the back and fourth thing. I know how the game works, and I wasn't interested in it. The 5 hours I spent there could have been done in a hour if Steve would have listened to what I wanted instead of trying to play salesman. I also didn't like how the rebates were showing up online through FordPartner.com were not honored at the dealership. I know they were "holding on" to them as leverage. I also didn't like how I had such a great credit score and they said the interest would be 4.99% until I said, Im not paying that; then he casually lowered it to 1.99%. Im also not happy that i wasn't financed through Ford Credit. Had I have been, I know I would have received an additional $1000 rebate. I also had to join a credit union to get the loan, which I wouldn't have agree'd to had I been told I had to open a checking account at a bank. When I emailed the dealership about the possible (commission fraud) loss of a rebate, they were very quick to disclose that I signed a contract before telling me it would have negated another rebate. At least act like you care. I also wasn't a fan of having the survey laminated, shown to me, and discuss how I need to put a perfect score in order to make sure they get paid a bonus since they have kids to feed. I don't care about your commitments to your family, I care about my commitments to mine. And I feel like I lost $1000 in rebates, why should you score $750 bonus when I didn't score mine? On top of that, I sold my car to them, and I realized I was undercut in price. How? Well, the next day it was listed for sale $6k more than what they bought it for. So they wouldn't bud on the price of what they would sell the car to me for, but they could have given me more for my car to make the difference. I am also refinancing the car through my credit union since I didnt like how I have to have another bank. Oh, I am going to copy and paste this to the review websites. Steve will give you oil changes for life, a $399 value, but will try to over charge you on the APR, underpay you for your car, and avoid giving you the rebates. Again, how do I know? The internet is great. And it also has a True Market Value thing you can google and dealerships will honor the price if they are associated with that web site. I highly recommend it. And to be honest, I was expecting most of the pony show. But what REALLY got to me was the laminated survey. So I answered these questions honestly… Im not saying Steve is a liar (he just isn't upfront with you, unless you ask questions), he is just trying to make money instead of truly and genuinely trying to get referrals (which would make him more money). So I have been recommending Future Ford. More
