Bad experience and they embarrassed me! They knew I had bad credit, didn't make much & no down payment. I got financed three days later got a message to come in Candy had good news! It was I They knew I had bad credit, didn't make much & no down payment. I got financed three days later got a message to come in Candy had good news! It was I just didn't have $500.I wish I had it, he handed me my reg. & pink slip & asked for the keys. EMBARRASSED my contact voided just like that! More

Lithia Ford Lincoln Rocks !!!! I purchased my third vehicle yesterday from Lithia Ford Lincoln....there is a reason I continue to go there to buy and service...Matt my sales person I purchased my third vehicle yesterday from Lithia Ford Lincoln....there is a reason I continue to go there to buy and service...Matt my sales person went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me, and he was patient to find the perfect one waiting over a month till I found one I fell in love with...no high pressure sales here they just want you to be happy! Tony my FI person got me in and out quickly gave me lots of great options to add on but didn't press me to, he was quick helpful and a pleasure to deal with...Chris the desk manager was helpful with my trade and came out to talk with me several times, I felt like I was hanging out with friends not sales people....even the GM Cal took time to talk with me!! I will never go anywhere else!!!! Not to mention John the service manager and his team always take great care of me.... Stop by and see my friends at Lithia Ford Lincoln there is no where else I would go...not to mention now that remodeled it is amazing!!! Five stars plus a 100 more in my book!!! More

2013 F150 I had my 2013 Ford F-150 towed there because my water pump started leaking. I was told I would get my truck back the next day. When I called to get a I had my 2013 Ford F-150 towed there because my water pump started leaking. I was told I would get my truck back the next day. When I called to get a hold of the service writer I was put on hold several times by the receptionist and she was very rude. When I finally got to the service department. I was never able to talk to my service writer. He finally called me back at 4 pm to tell me that they had broke a bolt in the block of the engine. My truck had to stay there in more day. They never offered to get me another car for transportation. This was the worst service experience I have ever had from any ford dealers. I will not return or would not recommend going there for any type of service. More
