Above & Beyond!! I have had an excellent experience with Lithia Ford. I live about 2 hours away from Fresno but they had the exact car I was looking for. I called and I have had an excellent experience with Lithia Ford. I live about 2 hours away from Fresno but they had the exact car I was looking for. I called and explained that I would be willing to buy the car but I simply could not pay anything more than MRSP. Matt Powell spoke to one of the Managers there and he agreed. We made an appointment, drove down and test drove the car. True to Matt's word when the deal was being negotiated, the total price was even cheaper than I had calculated at home. I had done extensive research on hidden fees that dealers try to sneak into the total price. There was NOT ONE hidden fee or unwarranted surcharge. They were true to their word. The car is coming from Germany and as a result they are even having it trailered to my area. I cannot say enough about Flood Ford. And Matt Powell was Amazing! He kept in constant communication with me given that the actual car that I had bought was still being shipped. He is a great guy and super helpful. I would highly recommend seeing Matt Powell if you go to Lithia Ford! More

STILL dealing with Lithia Ford of Fresno and I don't even have that vehicle anymore....SIX weeks ago I went in to cancel an extended warranty. Three weeks ago called and was assured that the paperwork had been sent off. Call the warranty company today and NOPE its still active. Go in to Lithia and their only explanation is ?"Oh Ash got fired". Seriously stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place. I will be relieved to no longer deal with them! And this is all on top of the issue that happened with their service dept last year take your money else where! Service department will take a solid 10-15 mins on average to even acknowledge that you walked in the door. Won't take apts for regular service so be prepared to drop off or wait forever because it seems like they're always over booked and running behind. Impossible to reach people on the phone, go somewhere that values you as a customer. More
**Updated**- Waste of time I scheduled my appointment online for a night key drop. I received 2 email confirmations. When I showed up the gate was locked. So the next morning, I showed up at 7:45am for my 8:00 am appointment. I waited there until around 8:30 and the gate was still locked. Turns out service was not even open that day. I guess I was making an appointment to sit outside their dealership and think about how little they value my business. To be fair, someone probably screwed up but no one from service has taken responsibility or even called me about the screw up. ** update** Mr. General Manager, I have left a message with your Sales Manager yesterday to request a call from you and your Service Manager. He confirmed that he was emailing you as I spoke to him. I have also made a complaint to Ford customer relations and they stated they would pass the information to the dealer directly. To date, I have received no response from you or your staff. If that is how you welcome someone to the "family" you are missing the mark. Hope my review helps people looking for service. I truly hope it helps the dealer as well. I had a good experience with the Stephen Ash when I bought the truck. It's a let down. One final thought, why take the time to write a response but not call me as I requested? I would have happily amended my response to reflect our conversation. Oh well. More

We drove off in a practically brand new 2016 Ford Taurus w/all the bells & whistles. We never owned such a nice car before. WE LOVE THE CAR! I feel cheated I was thinking about buying a car in this dealer, But yesterday we found an advertisement in our mailbox with a lottery that said if you get three c I was thinking about buying a car in this dealer, But yesterday we found an advertisement in our mailbox with a lottery that said if you get three cars of the same color you win. Next to each combination puts the prize; according to ours we won a tv that was what wet though. When we went there we discovered that we only got a $ 25 gift card because the prize is according to a code that is in the advertisement. It is not v nice to make people believe things with misleading advertising it's makes you lose more customers than win and play with people's time; is disappointing; generates mistrust.I recommend don't take peoples as fools. More

He and I had such a wonderful conversation that I drove from the Modesto area to purchase my Ford Fusion Hybrid and love my new car. Alberto was very personable, knowledgeable and professional sale associate, it was worth the drive to Fresno since there are no dealership in Modesto come close to the customer service I received in Fresno Ford. I also had the pleasure of working with Ash in finance; he was very personable as well and put me at ease during all the paper work that had to be done. I highly recommend these two people for future purchases of any Ford or Lincoln vehicles. The selection, BTW is awesome!!! This store has about 600 cars on the lot and I bet you will find what you want. More

I wanted to Thank you and Tom for the fast help in the problems I had gone thru, but I did not see Tom's name in list and before the year is over I was hoping to send a letter to corporate there is still the tool box that has not been replaced yet,still waiting for it? If you could check to see if it came in yet. I would like to let the customers know if anytime you have a problem then go to Cal in stead of posting complaints you will find out as I did problems can be taken care of the right way, if you treat others as you want to be treated it always works out. Mr. Sager listened to my complaints and took care of it in a few days! Thank you Cal After all is completed I will be changing my rating of service department to 5 stars.
