Other than a weird kind of shuffle from one service desk to another (Regular to Express??), our service experience was phenomenal! The tech was very attentive to our needs and questions. We were out of ther to another (Regular to Express??), our service experience was phenomenal! The tech was very attentive to our needs and questions. We were out of there in just a few minutes and were confident the amount of time given or estimated to work on our vehicle was going to pretty accurate. And it was! Overall, I’m very impressed with Lithia and am super happy that I purchased an extended warranty with them, knowing for the most part they’ll be the service provider for our family vehicle.
