Noted to the service writer that the rear defroster had stopped working, (2023 Jeep Wrangler under warranty). Was told it was fixed, but on arriving home discovered that it was still broken. I went in this week as a Service refugee from another Jeep dealership. I had a repair done at another place and had leave my car there for a week and rent a car. Very inefficient and costly! I got my Jee Jeep dealership. I had a repair done at another place and had leave my car there for a week and rent a car. Very inefficient and costly! I got my Jeep back and noises still persisted. I called the same place and got the same story. I'd have to drop it off for several days and rent a car while I waited. I called Lithia and Ben O. listened to my repair history, got me in, and the Lithia Techs found other issues that were causing the noise, and all in an afternoon! (Why didnt the other place find those things when it was in?!) They even did a test drive of my vehicle which gave me great peace of mind to know that a mechanic expert verified from behind the wheel. No time wasted, no expensive rental car necessary! They found and recommended another repair and had parts in-stock and ready to schedule, unlike the other place. Very happy with my experience at Lithia Service. They're so efficient compared to my last experience at the other place. Ben was understanding of my hectic schedule, and the courtesy shuttle to and from work was fantastic. Thank you, Ben and the Lithia Service mechanic experts for helping keep me and my beloved Jeep going! More
