Ben is an excellent advisor. The team did the routine scheduled maintenance but Ben went above and beyond. The car serviced is our Mazda CX-5 that we bought from Lithia Jeep but The team did the routine scheduled maintenance but Ben went above and beyond. The car serviced is our Mazda CX-5 that we bought from Lithia Jeep but it had an issue with the navigation/entertainment system that required it to be sent to the Mazda Dealership to be replaced. Ben coordinated that visit and all the paperwork so it was replaced under our extended warranty. He even discovered we were due a refund on what we paid as it was 100% covered. Thank you, Ben. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased/leased from Lithia and it won't be the last. We appreciate the service we receive. More
