My most recent service was to repair the front end of my Jeep Grand Cherokee which was damaged in the parking lot at Costco. Once again, the service provided was excellent. The only downside was having to wait for parts from the Corporate source. All help on the Lithia end was excellent and the service provided in the front office - Al Melo - was totally professional and helpful. More

We bought a car on the 10th of November that had a serious safety recall on the 7th of November. The parts to fix this are unavailable.
