I had my appointment time wrong. My fault. I was taken early which I appreciated ??, however the gentleman seemed annoyed and when I asked about a coupon and he made a comment about My fault. I was taken early which I appreciated ??, however the gentleman seemed annoyed and when I asked about a coupon and he made a comment about it being over $300 since it was diesel, probably nothing more than $20 he could do. I produced an online $50 off coupon. I paid cash ($58,000) for my Jeep but he gave me the impression like I was someone who couldn't pay $300 for a diesel oil change. That stuck with me. More
