Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got it back I had and issue with the rotation. I called regarding that issue and nothing really happened. I have been taking my cars to Reno Dodge since 1990 and transferred to Lithia Chrysler Dodge when Reno Dodge closed. I found Ben Owings who I always booked my service. I have had all my maintenance done th transferred to Lithia Chrysler Dodge when Reno Dodge closed. I found Ben Owings who I always booked my service. I have had all my maintenance done there and have all paperwork on my 2003 T&C. I bought my new 2020 Pacifica at Lithia Chrysler and hope to have all my maintences done there. I was sad when told you don't work on 2003 cars. You should make exceptions for 33 year customers. My oil change went fine and I always like waiting in your waiting area. I was hoping to see Kenny as I still need a manual and my 2nd Key. Thank you. More
