The price was very good --and I say this based on talking to other dealerships. The salesman was Jorden. I flew into the Boise airport and he picked me up (240 miles round trip for him!). Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. When we arrived at the dealership, the price was to the penny the same as we discussed in the emails. Truck was all prepped and ready to go with a full tank of diesel. We did a test drive and I looked over the truck; everything was perfect Great service and absolutely no xx in the process. For example, once I finished with Jorden and the truck inspection I was turned over to the dreaded "finance manager". From past buying experiences this is where the xx begins ....but not this time. The finance guy's name was Brady. Nice, very competent and we just cranked through the paperwork, I took my time to read each doc. When I had a question, Brady had an answer. Very efficient process. None of the usual big pressure to buy a bunch of add ons. Consequently, this is where I will go when I want to buy add-ons. They either "read" what kind of buyer I was or dealerships are realizing that most respond very negatively to pressure. More

I've heard all kinds of horror stories about women being taken advantage of because they might not know quite as much about cars as men do. I never felt that way once. Griffin had sold my son his first car a few months before and I was impressed with the way he walked him through the entire process and made sure that he didn't get in over his head. When I was ready to buy, I was happy to look him up and have him be my sales person also. It was a pleasant experience and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm ready to buy another vehicle. More
