Received an email that the vehicle I was interested in was available. I let them know my circumstances and would still like to start paperwork. They instead sell the vehicle!!! I was waiting for my insurance payout but was willing to finance with 0 down if that meant the Jeep was mine. They obviously couldn't wait. Then they have the audacity to send an email and ask if I would be interested in something similar, the only thing I could see that was comparable was an ugly Kia Soul, or cars that had a lot of miles in the price range I was looking for. MAKE SURE you are ready to buy that day of inquiry with them otherwise this will happen, cutthroat salespeople at this location with terrible communication skills. More

I didn't have to figure anything out on my own and given my busy schedule I'm sure I could have figured it all out on my own but I didn't have to.
