The service representative are not customer friendly. I entered in the doors and a lady was on the phone. There were 6 men at 3 desks in the area. 2 with there feet on their desks and they were all chatt I entered in the doors and a lady was on the phone. There were 6 men at 3 desks in the area. 2 with there feet on their desks and they were all chatting and not one of them greeted me or 2 other women that came in after me. I stood there for 3 minutes while the guys chatted. The lady caught my eye and said I will help you as soon as I am off the phone. The men did not stop their conversation and there were 6 - 2 at each desk. The lady behind me was greeted like this from one of the men from across the way " I told you you car would it be ready until tomorrow and it was not friendly. She said " I know I just have a question can I come over and talk to you. The other lady waited again for a few minutes while the remaining 5 guys did not help her for an additional minutes. This is the worst experience I have had to date. I bought a 40k car from the dealership and there is no way I would do that again as the service dept is in need of customer service and son emotional intelligence training. Tim is the rudest service person and it is my understand he is the supervisor which is appalling!! He has no skills related to dealing with customers. I bought a dodge ram from them back in July 2022, and within a month I started having issues. Trasmission wouldnt shift out of 3rd. I tried to bring the truck in to get looked at, but the appointment d within a month I started having issues. Trasmission wouldnt shift out of 3rd. I tried to bring the truck in to get looked at, but the appointment dates kept getting pushed back. I was finally able to get it in to get looked at in November 2022. I was told that I needed to replace the transmission. Conveniently the warranty had expired by then. I took it to another place for a second opinion and was told I just needed to replace the valve body. I spent the 6000 to get the valve body replaced and it was still having the same problem. This shop even took the truck to Lithia dodge to figure out what was going on and noone has a clue. So I am now left with a $56,000 paperweight because the truck won't drive. More
