Good but Sloppy After I got my truck back, and drove it back home, when I got home I noticed the smell of raw diesel fuel, I opened the hood and there was diesel fuel After I got my truck back, and drove it back home, when I got home I noticed the smell of raw diesel fuel, I opened the hood and there was diesel fuel spilt on the filter housing, and the frame and fender on that side, I know that this occurred when they changed my filter as I had the engine compartment cleaned just a couple weeks prior to the service being done. They need to take more care when changing a fuel filter, I now have to get the compartment cleaned again to was away the fuel that is there, it will now evaporate in this weather and I do not like smelling it as it comes through the heater vents. More

Rude and messy I asked the service writer when the construction will be done, he said “when it’s done” which I found really rude and unprofessional. Then after they I asked the service writer when the construction will be done, he said “when it’s done” which I found really rude and unprofessional. Then after they serviced my vehicle on the way home I smelled burning oil. The next morning I noticed oil pooling up under my Jeep on the garage floor. I looked under and oil was everywhere. I made a video and called the dealer. Left message with the GM and no word back. This really bothers me. Why no pride in quality of work? I really don’t like oil mess all over my new Jeep. Excellent Service Department I like that the Service Department inspects my vehicle when I have the oil changed.
