Oil change and tire rotation It was all good. But when I got in my car thetly rotated my tires but did not check the psi so i have one tire that is lower then the rest. I thought It was all good. recall repair (review based on previous visits had to pay) People are great, the services done great, the location has been remodel and it's great. My issue is the cost of parts and service are way to high co People are great, the services done great, the location has been remodel and it's great. My issue is the cost of parts and service are way to high compared to other dealers close by. I like all of the "great" stuff but I like saving $100 on one part and lower services prices a lot more. The service people have even worked with me on part prices after I showed them I could get a part from another dealer for $100 less. I customer should not have to show anyone that they are over priced compare to another dealer for the some brand of truck. More

I am able to get my car in for whatever service, in a timely manner, and I feel as if they always have my best interest. They give me information on what I need for maintenance and of course, if something needs to be dealt with immediately. It's a small thing but I appreciate the various employees that know my name. That is a simple way to show customers that they are more than just a car! Getting ready to purchase a new car and will hopefully be able to find what I'm looking for at the dealership. More

Lied to. Not given complete information. The dealership would not take a private check for payment nor were they willing to do a wire transfer. They wanted a cashiers check for the balance as they would only accept $3000 on any card I had. I live 70+ miles from Eugene and been there for a Dr appointment for my wife she was not feeling well so I told them that I would return on Wednesday with the check and pick up the car. When I returned to pick up the car the salesman who sold me the car was off so I had to deal with whomever would help. They gave me the key fob and I asked for the second one. I was told it was probably in the glove box. The salesperson looked and did not find one so he told me sometimes there is not one on a used vehicle. This was the first I heard of this. I told him that I was not happy about that , with no response. I I am not happy as it has cost me $ 228 out of pocket. More
