I purchased my vehicle while working as a sales representative for this very same dealership back in Sept 2019. I moved to NC where I found my self trading in my Ram for another truck this past Feb representative for this very same dealership back in Sept 2019. I moved to NC where I found my self trading in my Ram for another truck this past Feb 2021. I figured it would be easy to receive my cancellations for my past purchase. I found my self easily frustrated and disgruntled when I found out my mileage on my truck was submitted incorrectly on the system and that it to be hard to reversed and receive my money for my warranty cancellations. I believe it was posted incorrectly when I bought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie ( I had roughly 10 miles on it, new)was submitted that it already had 65,000 miles. 1.5 years later, I was suprised to hear that I already put that many miles in just the first hour of purchasing my truck. I called the dealership and some how Jared, one of the finance managers, got stuck with some else's major mishap. I was extremely unhappy, but Jared reassured me that he would help me find a solution. Jared spent countless time on my problem that was very tedious and became a lengthy process. I really appreciate Jared for working for me even though I no longer worked at Lithia and was 4,400 miles away. Most of all, he made me feel assured I was important on his list by updating me every week on my issue until it was solved.
