HORRIBLE. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE IN 2019 BRAND NEW BY THE WAY THAT ENDED UP BACK IN THE SHOP THE NEXT WEEK AFTER PURCHASE, THEY HAD THE TRUCK FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED THE VECHILE FIXING THE P WAY THAT ENDED UP BACK IN THE SHOP THE NEXT WEEK AFTER PURCHASE, THEY HAD THE TRUCK FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED THE VECHILE FIXING THE PROBLEM, FINALLY GOT MY TRUCK BACK "FIXED" THEN THE HAD TO HONOR THE DEAL FOR PLACING AN AUTOSTART ON MY VEHICLE WHICH WAS PART OF THE SALE. WE DID NOT GET A SAY IN THE AUTOSTART THAT WAS PLACED. WE THEN MOVED TO TEXAS STARTED HAVING THE SAME STARTING ISSUES WE HAD JUST AFTER WE INITIALLY PURCHASED THE TRUCK SO WE TOOK IT TO THE LOCAL DEALER IN TEXAS A FEW TIMES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT DUE TO SECURITY FEATURES PLACED ON THE 2019 RAMS THE AFTER MARKET AUTOSTART WAS NOW CAUSING THE STARTING ISSUES AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH A MOPAR AUTOSTART. CALLED THE DEALERSHIP IN ALASKA SPOKE WITH GREG THE SALES MANAGER AND WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT OUR TRUCKS SERVICE HISTORY DENIED THE PROBLEM AND STATED IT WAS NOT THEIR ISSUE AND WOULD NO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS OF THE AUTOSTART THEY PLACED ON MY VEHICLE. I ASKED THE PROBLEM TO BE SENT TO THE GM, I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL EXPLAINING TO ME WHY THEY WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ISSUE BUT THE GM NEVER CALLED US BACK. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY HAVE EXTREME LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH AND LACK OF CHARACTER. THEY COULD DO THE RIGHT THING IN THIS SITUATION BUT REFUSE TO EVEN CONSIDER OR NEGOCIATE OPTIONS WITH US. THEY WILL PAY ALL NICE AND FRIENDLY UNTIL AFTER YOU SIGN THE DOTTED LINE. FINE SOME ONE THAT WILL DO BETTER AND HAS INTEGRITY. More
