I really enjoyed working with the employees at Lithia of South Anchorage. After having an extremely terrible experience at Swickard with zero customer service, the people over at Lithia took great care of m South Anchorage. Jonathan was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and has solutions to all my problems. I would highly recommend going over to Lithia for your vehicle needs. Everyone from management to finical was smooth and friendly and gave me that good old Alaskan service that we all need. More

Throughout our exchange, Bob continuously came across as unfriendly and curt. His emails were riddled with typos and a complete lack of punctuation, as though he were in a huge rush and had no actual intere unfriendly and curt. Worst of all, he gave me verifiably false information and continued to push that false information when I politely questioned its veracity.
