Not an issue with staff Recently got my jeep Cherokee from this location, not the vehicle that I'm used to but very nice with features I wanted plus. Got home to go thru owners manual and the manual was nowhere to be found. Called and salesman said no problem, stop by and get one. Then noticed we had drove it home with no antenna. Did not call back just told them about it when I made return trip for manual and they took care of it. Then with about 750 miles on it on a Sunday evening, the service 4WD light came on. Made another 30 mile trip back to dealer. The salesman looked at it and talked to service. It wouldn't hurt to drive as long as we didn't try and use 4WD. Made an appointment as soon as we could two days later. Of course it stopped by then so they looked it over and told my husband we still had plenty of warranty left. Next we get our license plates in the mail. Go to put them on and realize we need a bracket to place them. It's not the matter of the $25 he paid for plastic bracket! But I just paid thousands of dollars for this vehicle and then had to purchase a $25 bracket to put plates on. Anywho we did and I won't say I'll never purchase another jeep, but it will absolutely not be from this location! I did get a $20 coupon for my first oil change when I made the purchase! More
