Wii not go back. We had a recall on our ignition switch. To make a long story short we waited 9 months and couldn't get service department to get the part. Everytime we called them they said call back in 2 weeks. Finally Chrysler Corporation got us an appointment with Jim Hayes Ford in Eldorado Il. It was fixed within 3 days. We really liked our salesman but the service department is terrible. More
